I developed and implemented a comprehensive brand kit and design system for ASU Law, leveraging Adobe Express to create branded templates for social graphics, event flyers, and digital campaigns. Adobe Express was chosen over Canva for its seamless integration with other Adobe products, allowing designers to collaborate with non-designers, and because it was free for ASU staff, saving the department money.
To drive adoption, I created a MarCom 101 workshop series—a monthly training where we introduced templates, demonstrated their use, and covered broader marketing topics. These sessions helped departments feel comfortable involving our team, resulting in more on-brand content creation.
Alongside MarCom 101, I reinforced the rollout with 1:1 consulting, department-specific demos, real-time template updates, and step-by-step email guides for Adobe Express setup. This strategic, hands-on approach standardized ASU Law’s visual identity and empowered non-designers to confidently create consistent, professional materials.
Following the ASU Law implementation, I collaborated with the main ASU brand team to roll out a generalized university-wide brand kit, adapted from the ASU Law system, helping scale consistent branding across the broader institution.
Example of one of the templates I created to be used for ASU Law's new blog, "ASU Law Talks". It was created with the intention of scaling the branding made for this blog across web, social, and email.
