Say hello to Nori Sushi Bar, the restaurant that emphasizes heavily on the art of sushi construction. Nori has two locations in Arizona with one located in Scottsdale and another in Phoenix High Street.
For this project, HL Concepts, whom is the parent company for Nori Sushi Bar approached our team to redesign their menus with the launch of their newest location of Phoenix High Street back in 2021. Tasked to come up with a new look for the menus, I chose to go modern and play upon the brand's red, black and white color scheme.
