HL Concepts is a dining experience company who specializes in unique, authentic and remarkable cuisine. Their mission is to make authentic Asian cuisine accessible to those in the United States. As the parent company to the popular restaurants Nori Sushi Bar, Shinbay, and Sizzle Korean Barbecue, they were looking for a new promotional piece to attract new customers.
As an easy solution, we came up with the concept of a brochure. In this project, I played a large part in writing the copy and spearheaded the design concepts.
The photo to the left showcases the printed brochures inside of Scottsdale Fashion Center. These were available for the public to grab and go.
